Refund policy
RETURNS POLICY
1. Order Changes
- Any amendments or changes to an order must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order.
- No changes can be accepted after this period.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
- You have the right to cancel and return your order within 7 days of it being entered into our system.
- Refunds within this period will incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- After 7 days, all orders are non-refundable.
- Please note: Customised items are strictly non-returnable (e.g., Dance School and Club Orders).
- For hygiene reasons, leotards are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item is faulty.
3. Faulty Items
- Faulty or defective items must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt.
- We reserve the right to inspect and verify faults before issuing a replacement or refund.
- Items reported as faulty after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
4. Returning Goods
- We strongly advise that you return your items either signed for or recorded delivery so that the item(s) can be tracked.
- Clic Clothing Ltd cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit where customers cannot provide proof of postage.
- Return postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
5. Condition of Returned Goods
- All returned items must be undamaged, unworn (with all tags still attached), and in their original packaging.
- Items must be in a re-saleable condition, free from stains (including deodorant) and odours (such as smoke).
- All returns will be thoroughly inspected before a refund is approved.
6. How to Return
If you wish to return any items, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

7. Refund Processing
- All returns are processed within 14 working days of receiving your items.
- Once your refund has been approved and issued, it may take 3–10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your original payment method.
EXCHANGES
You can return your item to us for a refund and then place a new order, however we do not offer an exchange. Custom made products such as Dance School and Club items can not be returned unless faulty.
