We want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible. This policy explains our dispatch times, delivery services and what to do if something goes wrong. It works alongside our Terms and Conditions and Return and Refund Policy.
1. Dispatch Times
Dispatch time is how long we take to prepare and send your order. It is separate from the delivery time once your parcel is with the courier.
Custom items (Dance School and Club orders, printed and personalised garments) Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks to be dispatched, as each item is made to order. Current lead times are shown at the top of our website and may change during busy periods.
Fast Track Dispatch Where Fast Track Dispatch applies, we aim to dispatch within 10 working days, subject to stock availability and current workload. We work hard to meet this, but it is a target rather than a guarantee.
2. Delivery Service and Times
Once dispatched, orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked, which aims to deliver within 1 to 2 working days of dispatch.
You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way. Please note that delivery timescales are provided by Royal Mail and, while reliable, are not guaranteed by us.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and chosen service. The cost is shown clearly before you pay. Prices on our website include UK VAT.
4. Delivery Area
We currently ship to mainland UK only. If you are ordering from outside this area, please contact us before placing your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
All orders are sent on a tracked service. If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will look into it for you.
6. Missing or Lost Parcels
If your order does not arrive, please get in touch. We will resolve the matter promptly by arranging a replacement or a refund in line with your consumer rights. Where a parcel is confirmed lost, we handle any claim with Royal Mail ourselves, in the background, so this does not delay putting things right for you.
To help us investigate, we may ask you to confirm non-receipt and to allow Royal Mail's standard delivery window to pass before a parcel is treated as lost.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or it was not collected in time, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply. Full details are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
If you have any questions about shipping or delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
